Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can turn complex problems into clear, well-crafted product experiences. This role is about balancing user needs, business goals, and thoughtful design decisions — with a strong focus on systems, usability, and quality.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering to shape intuitive interfaces, define key user flows, and help the product evolve without unnecessary complexity.

What you’ll do

• Design user flows, screens, and interaction states across the product

• Translate product requirements and user insights into clear design solutions

• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from concept to launch

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and real-world usage

• Maintain a high standard of craft, clarity, and attention to detail

What we’re looking for

• Experience designing digital products (SaaS, web, or complex applications)

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to think in systems, not just individual screens

• Comfortable working from problem definition through implementation

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful product work and real-world impact

Nice to have

• Experience working with design systems at scale

• Familiarity with frontend constraints and modern web technologies

• Background in data-informed or experimentation-driven design
