AI Engineer

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent systems that power meaningful product experiences. This role focuses on applying machine learning and AI thoughtfully — turning models and data into reliable, usable features that solve real problems.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and design to bring AI capabilities into production in a way that feels clear, trustworthy, and practical.

What you’ll do

• Design and build AI-driven features and services used in production

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models

• Integrate models into scalable, reliable systems

• Work with product teams to define AI use cases and success metrics

• Monitor model performance, accuracy, and reliability over time

• Ensure responsible, secure, and ethical use of AI technologies

What we’re looking for

• Experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role

• Strong foundation in machine learning concepts and data-driven systems

• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks

• Experience deploying and maintaining models in production

• Ability to balance experimentation with reliability and performance

• Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or generative AI systems

• Familiarity with cloud-based ML infrastructure and MLOps practices

• Experience with data pipelines and feature engineering

• Background in SaaS or product-focused teams
