Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help turn data into clear, actionable insight that supports better product and business decisions. This role is about bringing structure, clarity, and confidence to how teams understand performance, user behavior, and outcomes.

You’ll work closely with product, growth, and operations to define meaningful metrics, build reliable reports, and surface insights that actually get used.

What you’ll do

• Analyze product and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

• Define and track key metrics that support product and company goals

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that are clear, reliable, and easy to use

• Partner with product and growth teams to answer strategic questions

• Validate data quality and ensure consistency across sources

• Communicate findings in a clear, practical way to non-technical stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a data analyst or analytics role

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Proficiency with SQL and modern analytics tools

• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations

• Comfortable working with ambiguous problems and evolving requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience with product analytics and experimentation

• Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization best practices

• Understanding of basic statistics and data modeling

• Experience working with SaaS or digital products
