Storytelling Marketing
We’re looking for a Storytelling Marketing specialist to shape how our product is understood, remembered, and trusted. This role is about clarity, narrative, and meaning — turning product value into stories that resonate with real people.
You’ll help define our voice, connect product decisions to customer outcomes, and ensure every message feels intentional, human, and consistent.
What you’ll do
Craft clear, compelling narratives around the product, customers, and brand
Translate complex ideas into simple, relatable stories
Write and refine messaging across website pages, launches, case studies, and campaigns
Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to align storytelling with real product value
Develop positioning frameworks and key messages for different audiences
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
What we’re looking for
Experience in storytelling, content marketing, or brand marketing
Strong writing and editing skills with a clear sense of tone and structure
Ability to turn product features into meaningful customer stories
Strategic thinking paired with attention to detail
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and design teams
Portfolio or examples of written work that demonstrate narrative thinking
Nice to have
Experience in SaaS, product-led, or tech companies
Background in journalism, copywriting, or brand strategy
Experience with case studies, founder stories, or product launches
Familiarity with design-driven or developer-focused audiences
Why this role matters
Great products don’t speak for themselves — people do. As a Storytelling Marketing specialist, you’ll help shape how the product is perceived, trusted, and remembered by turning real work into stories that matter.
