Tech Lead

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to guide technical direction, support the team, and help build reliable, well-crafted products at scale. This role blends hands-on engineering with leadership — setting standards, making thoughtful decisions, and helping others do their best work.

You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering to turn ideas into clear technical plans and maintain a strong foundation as the product grows.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical decision-making and set engineering standards

• Design and review system architecture with scalability and reliability in mind

• Support and mentor engineers through code reviews and day-to-day guidance

• Collaborate with product and design to align technical solutions with user needs

• Balance short-term delivery with long-term maintainability

• Take ownership of critical parts of the codebase and platform

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a senior software engineer or technical lead

• Proven ability to design and maintain scalable systems

• Comfortable making architectural decisions and trade-offs

• Experience mentoring and supporting other engineers

• Clear communicator who can explain complex topics simply

• Product-minded approach to engineering

Nice to have

• Experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment workflows

• Background in high-growth or product-driven teams

• Experience working in a remote or distributed environment
